Domaine de la Romanée-Conti is a name that might ring a bell to more than a few. Known for boasting some of the most exceptional and most expensive wines in the world the Domaine has always kept a certain mystery around its success. All the Domaine wines are designated Grand-Cru and its vineyards are UNESCO world heritage sites. Limiting its production to around 6,000 cases a year also contributes to the wines’ extremely high demand along with premium prices.

Regarded as one of the best crus of Vosne-Romanée Richebourg benefits from limestone soils with clay influences. The result is a powerful and charming wine balancing between structure and elegance. Typical of the best Burgundys expressing red and black berries, ripe or confit, with musk and leather. Great aromatic persistence often associated with this cru and regarded as one of the best fine wines in the world. A 10-year minimum aging is often required in order for the wine to reach its full potential.
